Note: If you bought a multi-license key, it can unlock several pedelecs.

Important: Once a license is linked to a specific pedelec, it cannot be changed or reused.

Requirements:

• Internet connection
• Up-to-date browser
• USB data cable connected to PC and display
• Bike recognizes the USB connection

Now start the process:
Connect your powered-on pedelec via USB to your PC or Mac.

The login window will open automatically. You’ll see: Current Active Licence Key: None and a button Change Licence Key → click and enter your key.

Then: Please click the button below to select your bike… → click Connect.

Connection successful – now you can unlock or re-lock your pedelec.

  → Update your browser or switch to Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
• Error: Connection error…
  → Reload the page and try again. Check for poor WLAN or a faulty USB data cable.
